RAVISHING FAMILY RETREAT ON LAKE LANIER

Get Away to this contemporary Oasis on Lake Lanier. With 3 bedrooms, 3+baths and outdoor shower, flex room (see description below), 7+ beds, over 4000 sq feet and plenty of outdoor living, this home can comfortable accommodate multiple family's (9 guest) comfortably. Contemporary Vacation vibe will put you in relax mode quickly.


Easy Access from Atlanta will put you right on a private sandy beach on Lake Lanier that is sure to make children and adults smile.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS

Main floor Master bedroom: King bed, Down duvet, down and synthetic pillows, Fireplace, large closet, Spa jetted tub, desk, atrium shower, 3 season attached room that flows to outside deck.

Upstairs Bedroom 1: King bed, closet, private balcony with desk. Has a private toilet/sink with shared shower.

Upstairs Bedroom 2: Full size bunk bed with twin trundle, small balcony, closet, private toilet/sink with shared shower, sound machine, closet, and dresser.

Lake Level Flex room: office accommodations including printer, 2 Queen sleep number beds with privacy dividers and easy access to 1/2 bath and outside shower.

KITCHEN

Kitchen stocked with dishes, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, and a variety of condiments for cooking up a storm. Publix delivers groceries here to make vacation easier.


ENTERTAINMENT, AMENITIES, AND WIFI ACCESS

• Two indoor living spaces (1 main floor and 1 lake level family room) and master with Smart TV's that have our access to Netflix, HULU, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus.
• Pack and Play on site for small children
• An outdoor firepit for family gatherings ready for toasting marshmallows plus two wood burning fireplaces located in the upstairs main living area and master bedroom ready for those romantic evenings.
• Access to small old fishing boat with oars is on the beach for you to pull in the water and use in the cove. We have plenty of life jackets, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and a fishpole available. Our bikes are left there also, so you can ride through beautiful federal campground close by. A boat ramp is right around the corner with easy access to our dock.
• Outdoor lower level heated shower in perfect location to rinse off after a day on the lake. Beach area great for wading in the water, floating on tubes and littles ones playing in the sand.
• Sailboat dock with a stunning view sits in 18-20 feet of water, perfect for fishing, swimming, and parking your boat.
• Enclosed 3 season room ready for rainy day crafts or games overlooking the cove.
• We are close to many local restaurants, boat rentals, outlet mall.
Boat ramp is 2 streets down with easy quick water access to our dock if you bring a boat/water toys.


3 days minimum except for June/July/Aug where there is a 7 day minimum. Holidays a 5 day minimum (thanksgiving, Christmas, new years, fourth of July)


Only small to medium size dogs are allowed max of 2. Approval by me needed for your pups to come. extra 100$ cleaning fee. No cats, even though we love them!
