They say you can feel forgiveness within Vietnam. It’s part of the culture and the people’s temperament, and it resonates with Buddhism that many practice there. In a country that’s fast developing, there remains a quiet aura of grace.

We’ve just returned from our second retreat weekend in San Diego - with beautiful sunshine and hiking, sunset beach walks, morning yoga, and plenty of time for intimate, deep discussion around the ideas of womanhood, worthiness, and family.

It was such fun to welcome new women and reconnect with trip sisters, some of whom stopped in to share a meal. The door is always open!

It’s all about making sisterhood connections around the questions and triumphs that we share and celebrating a womanhood of strength and grace that lifts our world. It’s inspiring to see how many of us have navigated questions of worthiness and are now finding a new season of purpose and peace! 💜

This feels especially accurate having just come back from our journey on the Camino! Though we did find ourselves measuring the miles here and there (after all, there were 180 of them 😉) the friendships that blossomed on the trail were the true reward 🧡

ANGELS. They were throughout the Camino this year.

They kept us resilient in the rain. Cocooned beneath ponchos and in inspiring company, we laughed and danced and played in puddles.

Each of us drew our own angel card the first day, and KINDNESS was the card that looked over the whole group. By the end of two weeks, it was easy to see the distinct way each woman lives her kindness. Grace encircled us!

They say the Camino gives you what you need. It’s true. We were in awe of the people who entered and changed lives, the breakthroughs in thought that brought new beginnings, and the sisterhood that now blesses our experiences. This was an extraordinary group of open minded, spiritually diverse women who shared their wisdom and joy freely.

Our annual pilgrimage on the Camino continues to align our hearts and bring new angels into our lives🪽

Our first few days on the Camino have been full of exploration - from a deep dive into the Work of Byron Katie to castle tours and meeting fellow pilgrims. There’s also been fun time to share individual stories and offerings that so many say have forged deep, natural bonds already.

We’ve brought similar questions and life circumstances from wherever we live around the world. The Camino gives us days ahead for reflection as we walk and share while The Work provides the beautiful tool to process it all.

Tomorrow, we head toward Herrerias and the verdant Galician countryside!

The outer journey of biking the Camino allows couples to experience the meditative rhythm of cycling while immersing yourselves in the historical and spiritual landmarks of the Camino and the community of couples with whom you travel.

With the first leaves beginning to turn, fall is finally here. Cooler weather evokes excitement for so many things we love: apple picking, hay rides, cozy sweaters, maybe even a pumpkin spice latte? 😉 But it’s also the perfect time to slow down. To revel in darker, quiet mornings and earlier nights. To turn our attention inward and spend more quiet time with ourselves and those closest to us. After the adventures of summer and before the craziness of the holiday season, let’s take a moment to appreciate this deep and beautiful pause 🍂

Salsa dancing in Slovenia…?! Our guide, Minka, born and raised to Slovenia, owns Havana Dance Studio in Ljubljana. Her studio is recognized as the leading salsa school in Slovenia! Upon learning of this fact we decided we MUST give it a try, and found the nearest park to do so. THANK YOU MINKA 💜

Today we visited the manor house where the true life heroine of our Slovenia trip book lived. Veronika Zarnick of “I Saw Her That Night” was stuck between Nazi and Slovenian rebels during WWII - a woman belonging to no one but herself. We took time to journal beside the lily pond and enjoy the beautiful grounds of this manor house outside of Ljubljana. We explored how Change, Challenge, Home & Belonging have played in our lives.

How often do you give yourself permission to completely unplug from the responsibilities of everyday life to give time and space just to you? Time to identify and release limiting beliefs and restore the full YOU sometimes lost beneath the patterns of a busy life.
