Thank you to everyone who has rented from us for the past 3 years! 2023 will be our last summer rental season. Our condo is now a long term rental beginning September 1, and the new tenant is very excited! We enjoyed it while it lasted, but it's time to take a break and kick back in our new location.

Our condo is a 2 BR, 2 BA unit on 120th Street bayside with indoor and outdoor pools and an easy walk to the beach. We are walking distance to restaurants, shops and the park. Linens are included!

Enjoy morning coffee on the deck or relax in the lower courtyard, plenty of space for all your beach gear!

Our condo is in the popular Club Ocean Villas II, easy walk to beach and access to indoor and outdoor pools, convenient and within walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks, Dunkin and the grocery store!

We have plenty of space for relaxing on the deck, enjoying the quiet lower patio and plenty of storage for your beach gear!

Our updated two-bed/two-bath second story condo is located in the popular Club Ocean Villas II resort. The community boasts convenient access to beaches, restaurants, shopping and plenty of activities, plus year-round offerings including indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, racquetball, basketball, and tennis.

The bright interior is cheerful and decorated with coastal accents and features modern essentials including central AC, WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The full-size kitchen is ready and equipped with major appliances and utensils to accommodate at-home meals. A breakfast bar offers seating for six. Relax on one of the outdoor spaces, including a private deck or lower private courtyard.

Rental is flexible and can range from 2-night to weekly. The condo sleeps 6 and the sofa is not a pull-out. Smoking is not permitted in the unit and guests are not permitted to bring pets. There are two parking spaces available for guests of our unit. The unit is located at 120th Street and close to Fenwick Island, Delaware and a short drive to the Ocean City Boardwalk area.
