The property is located directly on the Ocean City Canal for easy boat access or for crabbing off the dock. The property also includes a hose with running water out back to easily clean your boat off or your feet after a fun day at the beach. It comes equip with a beautiful brand new deck overlooking the canal for those nice nights spent in when you just want to have a drink and enjoy the sunset Ocean City has to offer. The property includes apartment size washer and dryer as well as free WiFi and cable tv.
