When you visit OCMD, I highly recommend the OC Rocket boat tour (wear your bathing suit and leave towels in the car. You’re gonna get wet!!), Sunday summer concerts in Northside park, and sunrises and tea! 🏖🎁

Here is some information from the OCMD community newsletter regarding city public transportation and city parking. At our condo, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend our HOA charges guests a $40 parking fee per vehicle (for the entire length of your stay). Parking is free the rest of the year. If you are visiting when we are too, we can arrange for a free parking pass for you as our guest. Perks of owning! 🏖🦀

This has been an amazing week!! Friends have visited, I found yoga on the beach, morning swims (during adult swim time in the pool), lots and lots of seafood, sunrises and sunsets, beach time, and bathroom and living room updates!! Currently enjoying said bathroom while Tropical Storm Elsa flies by with a tornado warning! 🌪🦀🏖🌞🥰🌊🐠❤️
