To all my members thank you for joining. I would like to inform folks that I will unfortunately have to increase my rates in 2024. I haven’t done so since 2010. Since 2010 owner’s expenses have increased drastically. Since then my HOA has gone from $2300 to almost $8k and property taxes, from $4k to almost $6k. Cleaning from $85 to $125 this year to $150 next year. I always honor returned rates to folks who rebook before I return their deposit. If you wish to book a date now, I will honor this year rates for 2024. If you need to change your dates to an available date later we can. Just wanted you to not lose out on the discount. Pls let me know immediately. This year I replaced the following:
Washer/Dryer
Central Air/Heat Pump
Fridge
Dishwasher
Kitchen Faucet
Garbage Disposal

A $400 reservation Deposit is all you need to reserve your dates. We then will setup payment plans for you. Please remember if your looking for an off season getaway we can accommodate you there too.
