Kennedy’s Seashore Concierge in Ocean City, NJ provides hotel like services in your beach house so We created our business based upon two experiences.

First, we heard of a family with 3 young children on their first vacation at the New Jersey shore in their beach house rental. The wife in particular found it to be the worst vacation she had ever had; hardly restful or relaxing! She said she did all of the same activities that she did at home (cleaning, cooking, laundry, and grocery shopping) and had very little time to actually enjoy herself and

relax and experience her vacation. She likened it to being at home with sand! Our second experience was personal in that we have been fortunate enough to have owned a beach house cottage for several years now. We know that we are very lucky indeed to have our cottage but also know the challenges of maintaining a second home while fitting in time to actually enjoy ourselves during our precious weekends at the shore. Based upon both of those experiences we thought it would be great to create a business that could meet the needs of vacationers and owners so they can maximize their time at the shore doing the activities that they want to do instead of have to do.
