I'm working on improving the experience of my guest at 56-The Sanctuary Oyhut Bay . First, I replaced a toilet that was not functioning properly. Installed a brand-new Kohler toilet that flushes as it should flush. Second, added new items in the garage. Added items for entertainment are: electronic basketball, Foosball Table, ping pong table, and magnetic dart board. Plan to add carpet, chairs, and blue tooth speaker to garage. Life is good. Discount code is: Spring30. Minimum stay of two nights and not valid on holidays. Discount is valid through the end of June 2024. Watch for other discounts/improvements.

Updates to furniture and rugs were done this weekend (29-30 April 2023) at Oyhut. Made upgrades on the rugs in living/dining room and added a new queen sofa sleeper in the loft. We are really excited how the Sanctuary is coming together in our 2nd year here in Oyhut Bay. Our next project is to expand the deck out 8 feet, add a few pieces of furniture on deck, and add a propane fire table. We hope you will enjoy your stay.

Third bedroom with children in mind. The bunkbed has a pullout trundle twin bed so can sleep up to 4. Fan has enclosed blades for additional safety.
