Well played Grenada!

I was given a few samples of nutmeg and ginger from the representative of Grenada Tourism at a Travel Agent event. I used these to make Snickerdoodles and Gingersnaps and they were the best cookies ever!
Now I have to travel to the Spice Island of Grenada to get more. Now that's great marketing!

Good morning everyone! I know it's a bright, warm summer day today but I feel the need to remind you of Winter! Unfortunately Winter comes and lingers for what feels like 7 years every single year. The video is of that huge snowstorm we had last Christmas Eve. It was at this point right here that I realized I was born in the wrong Country, Winter is not for me! Luckily, one month after this video I was sitting on a beach in Antigua. Moral of the story? Winter is cold, often miserable and you need to escape it, even for just one week to get your toes in the sand. Let's start planning your escape!
