Welcome to our page where you can learn more about our family's beach house near Sunny Cove in Santa Cruz.

Soak up spectacular sunsets and water views from the deck and enjoy a leisurely 5 minute stroll to the beach from our cozy family home in Santa Cruz. Just 3 houses back from the water, this warm and welcoming duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 6 comfortably. The master has a king bed on the second floor, just off the main living area and fully stocked kitchen. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and another with two twins, along with a shared bathroom, on the first level.

Other amenities include Apple TV, gas grill, putting green, washer/dryer, beach chairs/towels, and comfortable deck furniture.

Beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and farmers market are all within walking distance. Downtown Santa Cruz and Capitola are a short 10 minute drive. Monterey Bay Aquarium is about an hour away.
