🌿 A Bittersweet Goodbye: Celebrating 60 Years on the Little Miami River 🌿

After six incredible decades of connecting families and friends to the natural beauty of the Little Miami River, Morgan’s Canoe & Outdoor Adventures is closing its Ohio location in Warren County.

While this marks the end of an era, it’s also a huge win for conservation! Through a collaborative effort with the Little Miami Conservancy (LMC), Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), and the generosity of the Susan Geier Peters Foundation, 5 properties, over 25 acres of Morgan family river land will now be protected forever.

Since 1964, Bob and June Morgan, along with their sons, have introduced thousands to the wonders of the Little Miami River. From unforgettable canoe trips, Triathlons, Twilight dinner floats, to fostering a love for camping in the great outdoors, the Morgan family’s legacy has been one of stewardship, community, conservation,and preservation.

“This is a perfectly beautiful ending to our lifelong stewardship of the river. The legacy of this river and its importance to people and wildlife will live on through so many conservation efforts,”

The Little Miami location may be closing, but outdoor adventures continue at Morgan’s Whitewater River location in Indiana!

To our loyal customers and community: thank you for 60 amazing years. Together, we’ve created memories that will last a lifetime and helped ensure the Little Miami River remains a treasure for future generations.

Let’s honor this legacy by continuing to support conservation efforts and protecting the rivers we all cherish. 🌊

*****Thank you to all who showed up for our used canoe/kayak sale today!! , Incredibly, we have sold out of kayaks and canoes at the Morgans Ft Ancient/Riverside locations- sooo….no boats for sale on Sunday. Because of this we will be having another sale with additional kayaks at our Morgan's Brookville Canoe and Outdoor Adventures this upcoming Saturday, 11/23, from 9:00-1:00. More information to come********

This weekend...End of season, used canoe and kayak sale! All selected canoes $100, double kayaks $100. Single kayaks $50.
First 10 customers with $100 purchase will receive a second bonus raised garden Canoe free. (raised garden canoes means they cannot be repaired to float)

NOT canoe livery!! 1st come first served, CASH only$$$$ & bring your own rope and helper to load canoes. This equipment has had heavy use and is no longer in our rental fleet and all will need work.
