Celebrating that last week was our first full- week booking for family retreats at both lake properties,
that I finally had setup w our team to NOT have to be on site myself... AND so far, NO ONE has needed or asked about anything...

We're fully booked through Labor day, hosting up to 30 guests/week.

Feeling like FINALLY I'm getting the hang of this organization and smooth(er) management...

So grateful to our awesome housekeeping and maintenance team!
