We're heading to Disney World on February 11, but Patrick is hopefully going to be there on February 10th! Can I somehow magically convince Chance we NEED to extend our trip? What's the best way to present this and not get shut down? And of course, I'm rooting and HOPING for a three-peat, but if the Eagles win, would it be that terrible to catch a glimpse of Saquon? (Maybe Jalen?) I need help making my case! 😋

One thing about me is I LOVE ORLANDO!!!

IT IS THE THEME PARK CAPITAL OF THE WORLD!!

Let's chat about some! There are EIGHT major theme parks in the Orlando area and a handful of smaller ones!

Of course we have Disney World! DIsney World inlcudes; Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. They also have two water parks. Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Disney is for children of ALL ages!

Then we have Universal Studios Florida! Universal Studios includes Universal and Islands of Adventure. And soon EPIC UNIVERSE! Harry Potter fan? You should do a Park-to-Park ticket so you can ride the Hogwarts Express. They also have Volcano Bay which is a SUPER fun water park! AGAIN FOR ALL AGES!!

Sea World! Now it has come under fire in recent years and is steadily transitioning into an entertainment park. Things to do at Sea World include Sesame Street Land, THRILLING rollercoasters(these are NOT weak people!) Animal experiences, shows, and don't forget about Discovery Cove? Have you ever wanted to swim with dolphins?

Gatorland is one of the oldest, and most respected theme parks in Orlando! Their focus is all things reptiles! They have ziplines over gators and you can even hold gators! 🐊

Legoland is located in Winter Haven! This is a theme park, water park, and hotel all rolled into one giant ball of outdoor brick-themed entertainment.

Peppa Pig Theme Park is a darling park for the littles! It is owned by Legoland. There are six piggy themed rides, another six play areas, and a splash zone. This was built for preschoolers in mind. Peppa Pig Theme Park is a little theme park so you can get everything you need to get done here in half a day or less.

Busch Gardens located in Tampa is filled with thrill rides, animal interactions, and Sesame Street Safari of Fun!

It's impossible to do it all in Orlando in one trip! There's just too much fun!

Let's talk about a Disney resort SPLIT STAY in 2025. Our family plans a split stay for nearly all of our Disney World vacations. we love Disney resorts and they are all unique and wonderful! 2025 is a great year to do a split stay! WHY? because of the FREE water park entry on your check in day! It's currently Blizzard Beach!

Most people fly in or travel the day of check in, right? so most won't be able to experience many hours at the Disney water parks. Plus it currently closes early. But, if you do a split stay you would get TWO opportunities to experience the water park! and at least one full day if you wish!

Thinking about adding the Disney Dining Plan on to your vacation? I must say- I love! But I LOOOVE food! Especially at Disney World. To me it makes the vacation more fun! However, because one of our kids only eats a very limited amount of foods, it doesn’t make sense for us to include it in our family vacations. Does it make sense for you?

Do you want to dine at a lot of character meals? Do you want a table service meal everyday? Will you be purchasing alcoholic beverages every day during your trip? If so, it might make sense! Here is a great resource!
