This package is for the client that seeks guidance from start to finish. It covers all of the details that go into planning and executing the event. It includes:
-Initial consultation
-Planning meetings

Assistance in preparing budget
-Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists
-Assist with site tours, selection and booking of venue
-Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme, and style of the event
-Assist with selection of event attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired (if needed)
-Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors
-Schedule appointments and accompany clients to vendor meetings
-Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
-Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products
-Assistance with the choosing of invitations
-Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending
-Ceremony planning (if needed)
-Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors
-Consultation with vendors the month of the event
-Meeting reviews of all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the event
4 Star Package
This package is for the client that has started the planning, found the venue, and the major items that may be needed in planning their event but that needs someone to help them complete it. It covers all the unfinished details that the client needs assistance with and helps make the client's vision a reality. This package includes:
-Initial consultation
-Schedule appointments and accompany clients to vendor meetings
-Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
-Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products
-Assist with the choosing of invitations
-Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending
-Ceremony planning (if needed)
-Reception planning
-Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors
-Timelines prepared the month of the event
-Consultation with vendors the month of the event
-Meeting reviews of all details with client, the month of the event and the week prior to the event
One day Package
This package is for the client that only needs assistance the day of the event so that they and their family are relaxed and free to enjoy the great day. It includes:
-Rehearsal (if needed)
*Consultations with client to find out information about their event and determine how they wish the event to flow
*Preparation of a rehearsal and event day itinerary
*Final collection of event items at rehearsal to be set up on event day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
-Event Day
*Check with vendors to confirm arrangements for the event day
*Attend, oversee and direct the ceremony (if needed) and reception
*Receive deliveries and greet vendor
*Make sure reception and ceremony areas are set up as planned
*Assist with handing out flower pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
*Provide event emergency kit
*Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle. Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc. (if needed)
*Help photographer get the pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
*Make sure reception area is set up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc.
*Arrange grand entrance (if desired)
*Handle any problems that come up
*Make sure things are running on schedule
*Coordinate the collection of gifts received at wedding to be delivered to pre-arranged spot
*Collect guest books, cameras, personal items, etc. to be delivered to pre-arranged spot
*Make sure transportation is running on time
*Provide a stress free day for the bride and groom
The extra something package
This package is for the client that is only looking for decor for an event. We can plan the entire layout of the event or we can only create your centerpieces. Please call us for a consultation. We, at Bel Giorno Events, work around your specific budget and our prices are all inclusive. Remember you are in charge.
