The best theme park souvenir shop for Marvel fans is - without a doubt, the gift shop at the end of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT. They have so many fun props, clothing, accessories, and you can pick up all the infinity stones your heart desires. 🪨

Fun Fact: Cash hopped on the E.T. ride at Universal way before catching the actual movie! It's a bit of a reverse from the usual way we enjoy our favorite rides.

Universal Studios lets us step right into the world of our beloved movies. Dodge dragons at Gringotts, join Optimus Prime in safeguarding the AllSpark, engage in mischief with minions, and even soar across the moon on a bike with E.T.

"When are the parks the busiest?"

This is the most asked question when planning your theme park trip- and it's essential. The answer, unfortunately, isn't simple. There are times of year when it's less busy, but you also have to keep in touch with what's happening day-to-day in the parks.

Last night at EPCOT, for example, a few factors made me anticipate large crowds:
🎄 The International Festival of the Holidays is going on, and since it's the second week of December, many people are getting into the Christmas Spirit and want to partake in the festivities.
🌠 Dreamers Point, which has been behind construction walls for two years, was revealed earlier this week, and Saturday is the first day many locals had a chance to come and see it.
🎆 EPCOT's brand-new fireworks show also debuted for the first time earlier this week.
🤩 Along with the festival, unique holiday attractions like Soarin' Over California and Glimmering Greenhouses, which are only here for a limited time, were open.
⏰ Saturdays, on the whole, seem to be much busier than Sundays

If you need (or want) to visit the parks on a day when you anticipate large crowds- that doesn't mean your trip is ruined!

Booking with a travel planner who has their finger on the pulse of what's going on at the parks is a huge asset. They can direct you to switch park days or hook you up with extra tips to help you navigate the crowds.

A quick walkthrough of what kind of prep I do before we spend a day at the Disney theme parks!

Cash and I are working on making more videos that will help you out on park days- this one goes through the prep I do the night before we plan to spend a day at the theme parks! A lot of my prep includes charging what we'll need the next day, setting out most of what we'll pack in our bags, and freezing snacks and water. I also set my alarm so we can grab a Virtual Queue if we need one! I don't usually set out our outfits because Cash is at the age where he throws on whatever is clean (t-shirt and gym shorts), and I don't stress what I'm wearing either unless we are doing something special. We will be weather aware and plan to wear shoes that can get wet! #disneyworldtips #disneyplanning #disneypacking

What's your favorite float in Magic Kingdom's Festival of Fantasy Parade? Cash and I's is hands-down, Maleficent's dragon (which spits REAL FIRE!), followed by Tangled and Peter Pan. The Festival of Fantasy parade happens every day at Magic Kingdom in Disney World- usually at 12pm and 3pm- but be sure to check the showtimes in your app. We love the view from Main Street, but sometimes like to catch it where it begins in Frontierland. Then you can watch the parade and hop on rides while everyone else is still waiting for the parade to make it through the park. #fantasyparade #disneyworld #disneymagic #maleficent

We are loving our new Disney passes! PS...Have you all ever used Glimpse? It’s a free app that lets you take one second videos and it puts them all together into a video. It’s my new FAVORITE for our Disney days! I love that it captures a little more personality than just a photo (catch Cash flossing in front of the Liberty Bell 😂). I’m still learning how to make the best videos...basically, take way way more shots than you think you need. I always think I’m being excessive, and it’s never enough. Think about it; I took 66 shots, and this video is only 1 minute and 6 seconds long. Anyways, here is a little Magic Kingdom cheer for your Tuesday, I hope you all are having a great week!
