JayCo International was established in 2005 in Orlando Florida. We have been instrumental in the art of fabrication of window treatments, bedding, etc.

JayCo was founded by JR and his wife Darleen Rutledge.

We strive to utilize both human and technology to keep the quality high in the areas where humans have the greatest expertise and technology for the mundane volume to keep the cost down. The support staff consists of upholstery experts, carpenters, seamstress, quilters, and company installers. The team is highly sophisticated who appreciate our approach of team spirit and insatiable drive to be perfectionist. Yesterday I was sad when I got home from work.😥

I had over 12 people come and apply for jobs all were illegal to work in the US. Some of them were crying begging me to hire them. Living in there car! Breaks my heart, if we are legally letting them in across the boarders give them credentials to at least work. I could have used everyone of them and more because we have hiring signs up but I got a follow the law as a business owner. It is a risk people take every day and JayCo is not one of those companies.
