Law Office of Stephen J. Felice is looking to add a legal assistant to their staff.

The majority of our clients in the area are Spanish-speaking and are currently dealing with high-stress situations. The applicant must be Spanish speaking, be knowledgeable in Microsoft 365, other office and court access programs, be able to operate multi-line telephone system, and have attention to detail in their writing and organizing skills. We are looking for a compassionate individual who can stay calm under pressure. We care deeply about our clients and have maintained that reputation for decades.

Full Job Description: Includes greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, processing payments, scheduling consults, obtaining information from the courts, and other agencies as directed to assist clients and lawyers, emailing and mailing correspondences to clients, lawyers, other court staff, agencies, etc. Preparing files, updating files and client information, keeping calendar updated, maintaining daily Outlook emails, preparing court dockets for attorneys, and calling clients to prepare them for court. We work closely with our clients to help them through the process.

Pay: DOE
Schedule Monday to Friday; No weekends

Experience:
Bilingual: 2 years (Required)
Receptionist: 1 year (Required)
Multi-line phone systems: 1 year (Required)
Language: Spanish (Required)
