The winter edition of Sweet Owen Magazine is now available for pickup at the Owen County Judge/Executive's Office (100 N. Thomas St., Owenton, KY 40359) ahead of deliveries beginning on Monday. The judge's office is open until 4 p.m. today and 8 a.m.-4 p.m. tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 20.

Thank you to everyone that came out last night for our Christmas Market and Festival! We’ll be there again tonight from 3-10pm. Stop by and shop with our local vendors, listen to holiday tunes performed by What About Jane, grab a bite to eat at BubbyQ and That’s Amore Wood Fire Pizza, and warm up with a delicious hot chocolate or holiday cocktail! ….and don’t forget about the train rides, petting zoo, and visiting with Santa and Mrs. Claus!! Join us for this festive event that truly captures the Christmas spirit! 🎅🏻🤶🏻🎄

The main event begins at 10 a.m., featuring over 60 vendors, Bear Dog Barbecue, and pictures with Santa! It’s the perfect opportunity to support small businesses and jumpstart your holiday shopping. Join us for Sweet Owen Day from 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. tomorrow, Saturday, Sept. 21!

Over 50 vendors will join us on the Owen County Courthouse Square for Sweet Owen Day 2024! The fun begins at 10 a.m. tomorrow, Saturday, Sept. 21, but come early for the Owenton Rotary Club's pancake breakfast from 7-11 a.m. at the I.O.O.F. Lodge (213 West Seminary Street)!

You can purchase at the market this Friday or you can email [email protected] to be invoiced via PayPal or Venmo. All proceeds will benefit the Owen County Farm and Craft Market and help us maintain bringing fresh and local products and goods to our community.
