Hello friends of GG’s Grotto
After 14 wonderful year at Seabrook, we have sold our beloved GG’s Grotto. Our family is growing up and moving out, and we are moving on to a new chapter in our lives. We are so grateful for the wonderful memories and amazing friendships we have made over the years. It is my understanding the new owners will remain in the rental pool (but will be changing the name) So, it will still be available to guests! Thank you everyone and so happy we were able to share our happy place with so many! I will be closing this page in the next couple of days! Thank you everyone,

After 14 wonderful years filled with amazing memories, GG’s Grotto is on the market. The most amazing location in Seabrook. Amazing neighbors. One of the biggest yard spaces and a new wrap around porch. We are so grateful for GG’s, and so happy we were able to share with family, friends and guests. She has brought so many so much joy❤️

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at GG’s Grotto and Seabrook 🎄🎁❄️. We love Seabrook and the coast in the winter!! No better place to storm watch, and get cozy by the fire❤️ Town merchants have gone above and beyond to make it feel festive, fun and merry at the beach!!

Everyone is happy at the beach❤️ I am very impressed with how Seabrook has handled the the town merchants, homeowners, renters and visitors have been handling the current situation and Grays Harbor moving to phase 2. Everyone has been SO respectful and courteous. Clear signage on expectations and precautions, several hand washing stations around town, picnic benches placed 6 feet apart throughout Seabrook for carry out. People are happy to comply. A lot of people on the beach, but families and small groups allowing space. People are friendly, waving, chatting from across the street ❤️ Feels really, really good...... and you can see every single person here really needed this!! Good job Seabrook!!! So happy to be a part of this community, and so happy to be here❤️

It has been beautiful, cold and clear at the beach Thanksgiving weekend!! Last night my son in law ( who is a photographer) braved the cold, and captured this on the beach about 10:30...... It certainly looks like heaven on earth❤️

GG’s Grotto got a new wrap around porch and pavers!!!! Beach Life is the best, but NOT the best for home exteriors!!! Can’t wait to put the new and improved Happy Place to use with friends and family!!

Exciting things happening at GG’s!!!! While beach Life is the best life, it is also hard on the exterior of a home! The old happy place (the side deck off the dinning room) needed to be replaced. Which gave me an 💡!! Let’s see if we can convert it to my dream wrap around porch!!! Well, it is happening❤️ Stay tuned.....

Exciting things happening at GG’s❤️ Starting next month, she is getting a new addition! The current “Happy Place”, the sunny south facing deck, will be joining the front porch to create a wrap around porch❤️ The existing pavers will be replaced, and when weather cooperates, new paint!! She will be fresh and ready for winter and spring arrivals! Stay tuned for progress!
