Our insured and bonded business is aimed solely at out of town homeowners. Our goal is to take the work and worry out of owning a second home on the Monterey Peninsula and to enhance the enjoyment of your home. We are lifelong residents of the Monterey Peninsula. Frank is an experienced businessman. He has worked forty years as an realtor, accountant,and entrepreneur. Rick is a retired teacher, th

irty-eight years as an educator. We have raised our families in the area. As area homeowners and investment property owners we have vast resources in order to provide maintenance and concierge services. While driving around the peninsula there is a noticeable distinction between part-time homes and homes that are occupied full-time. Our area needed a home watch resource and concierge vacation rental services. We use our experience on the Monterey Peninsula to help absentee homeowners enjoy their homes with friends or as vacation rentals. Some of our services include a personal welcome check-in and check-out for your guests, concierge services for you or your guests/tenants, “Good Neighbor” security services, providing maintenance and handyman services, providing housekeeping or yard maintenance services, and much more. Our rates for ongoing service start as low as $20.00 a week to thoroughly inspect your home on a weekly basis while you are away. We visit every home on our client list after any major storm to ensure all is well. We answer the phone 24 hours a day. We can be at your home within the hour. We communicate minor issues via e-mail and call if there is an immediate need for action. A log is kept documenting all visits to your home.
