More excitement was had at the Ribbon Cutting Celebration for the new Rockaway Beach Brewery . Each guest was entered in a drawing for a complimentary dinner and a tour of the facility once they officially open. Owner Daniel Cronin and his mom reveal the lucky winners.

The Pacifica Chamber co-hosted a special ribbon cutting celebration for the newest business in town; the Rockaway Beach Brewery . Coming in with lots of energy and anxious to be part of the Pacifica business community is owner Daniel Cronin. - Photos by Shreenivasan Manievannan 📸

Please Note: Their official opening is still to come after mid March. Stay tuned as hiring is on their to do list next.

In attendance were many local business owners, city officials, chamber members and county officials.

Muralist Jeff Wong did his magic on a surfboard that will be part of the brewery's signage. To entertain the crowd was the Jim Moore Band who did not disappoint.

Lots of great food and of course beer were on the menu for the evening. The big hits were the fried chicken sliders and their pretzel sticks. The brewery will have take home growlers that are refillable. They look foward to working with the community to bring lots of events inside and out along with getting the live music going again. They'll be dog and family friendly with a possible kids menu.

Thank you to all who came out to support. Remember that all wrapping paper is created equal! If it’s metallic, glittery, or has a plastic coating, it’s NOT recyclable.
