As of tonight this is the retreat status for the 2025 retreats. Let me know if you are interested in any dates and send in your registration form and payment. Also make your hotel reservation.
ALL 2025 retreats will be Thursday - Sunday and $185. There will be the option to add in Wednesday as a sewing day for the additional $35.

I do have 6 openings available for the Sunday- Wednesday November 3-6 retreat if anyone is interested. $185 Room rate is $109 per room

Oh my goodness. If you possibly can please go check out the Berks County Quilt show! I was there today and the quilts are unbelievably beautiful. Great job ladies. And all the vendors are great too. They also have wonderful baskets for the basket raffle , a boutique area, a regime it area and a silent auction. Here are just a few of my favorites but you have to see them yourself in person. All ready to welcome the first circle of friends summer quilt retreat. Covid 19 screwed up the second March retreat but we’ll be ok this weekend with distancing but still enjoying the hobby we love.
To bad the rescheduled quilt shows had to be cancelled again. Hope things improve and we can still gather in October and November. October has more spaces available, November is more limited. If you oh told me you are interested in a particular retreat please get to your registration fee in to hold your spot now. Thanks.

UPDATE. there are 8 spaces for August, 18 spaces for October and 10 spaces for November available. If you told me you were interested please pay your registration soon to hold your spot. Thanks

I have three spaces filled for November 6/7/8 2020 retreat. 17 spaces remain. Also I have an October retreat planned for October 16/17/18. If there is not at least 8 or 9 for this retreat it would be cancelled. Hopefully once everyone is in green you will be anxious to get out and see with fellow quilt friends and make some new ones too. The ballroom is plenty big to be able to social distance for those that have those concerns. You will also have your own hotel room and bathroom. The hotel is following all protocols required by OSHA and DOH.
I’m hoping that you all will come and join me at one of the fall retreats. I miss you all and look forward to meeting any new quilters joining in the fun for the first time. Looking forward to seeing lots of show and tell also. For a registration form email me at [email protected].
