Another remodel in River Wilderness. Concrete removal, tree root removal, crushed concrete base. We designed the entry with a step delete so the walkway flows thru the doorway. Complete with sealer.

Aside from our home builder work, here is alittle of what's been done for a multi-repeat homeowner.
Water supply line across the property to include a new sprinkler line for the backyard. No more dragging the hose around. New hose bib next to the garden for watering ease. Close to 30 years and only one door for the pool cage. We installed supports and a new door for direct access to the garden with a wrap around walkway planned. On the main side just off the pool is a new patio for lounging in the morning or afternoon, but for sunsets wonder down to the additional patio by the dock then light the fire pit for a relaxing evening. All patios and the pool deck were cleaned and sealed showcasing a super wet look repelling water and dirt. Removal of an aging hot tub leaves space for endless opportunities including an outdoor kitchen. We will update as projects are completed. Plenty of room for entertaining, sun bathing or dancing. It turned out fantastic. We also added a stepping stone walkway to the pool equipment.
