We get a lot of questions asking if Spring Break is like it was in the MTV Days. The answer is no! Do we get college students enjoying our city during Spring Break? Yes! We also get many families each week as well. The city has worked hard over the years to make this a family destination throughout the year. If you are looking for a time when the beach has fewer people, I would suggest the winter season. The Gulf is still beautiful, just colder than the spring, summer, and fall months.

It’s that time of the year to start booking your vacation to Panama City Beach. In PCB the beach is public to everyone unlike what’s happening up on 30A.
The residents on 30A sued the county and won. Local law enforcement is enforcing it. Public Beach Access is very limited. Residents have posted signs on both sides of the public access. Private Property.
So if you would like to stay in a great condo, owned by great hosts who ensure their guests have a great vacation and you want to actually have a beach to play on, tan on and play in the water. Then check us out.
