Due to availability filling up on the house, we are only continuing the IVF beach house raffle ticket fundraiser through the end of the month so people have plenty of options of when they want to stay! The only weeks excluded are weeks already booked and 4th of July week! We have 19 TICKETS LEFT!!! And 13 DAYS to get yours! We have plenty of availability left this summer from May-August! Need ideas for things to do for you Honey for Valentines day??

LJB is offering a long weekend getaway for the weekend before or after Valentines day (3 Nights) for $400!!! We will do this for BOTH weekends so two couples can get this deal! (If you want both or to do a whole week we can work something out too!)

Spring and warmer weather is right around the corner and we're about to get ready to start booking stays for everyone!! With that being said we are looking at interest for raffles to win a Saturday to Saturday stay at LJB. We would sell spots for $50 a piece with a total of 30 spots for the raffle. If there is enough interest, we would like to consider doing this from time to time for any weeks that aren't currently booked for that month. We would hold a Facebook live video to pick the winner so there would not be any question about the winner. If this is something you would be interested in, please leave a comment below simply saying interested. If there is enough by the end of January, we will start selling spots at that point for March so there will be enough time to plan. Also, if you did want to participate and unable to stay for an entire week you are still eligible for as many days as you would want in that week timespan. Thank you, we are looking forward to people making memories at LJB!!

As I’m having a few people message it looks like I’m receiving the same questions so I’m going to try and answer some Q&A here and pin it!

Q: How close are you to the beach/do you have a beach view or access?
A: We are 2-3 miles off the beach so no beach views unfortunately. However we are near Thomas drive and have access to about 5 different public access locations and all of these can be reached in under 10 minutes. These are public accesses but they are surrounded more by homes than huge condos so the beaches are never crowded (a fact that we LOVE).

Q: Do you have a calendar we can view?
A: We don’t. I’m doing it old school and have a paper calendar as of right now. This is just easier for me to keep up with and as of now we have almost 100% availability because the home was just completed today (12/4/22) and we didn’t book prior to completion.

Q: what are your rates?
A: First - This is subject to change. But, as of now our rates are as follows-
2-3 Nights - $235 per night
4-6 Nights - $225 per night
7+ Nights - $215 per night
Gulf Coast Jam (4 nights) - $1000 Thurs-Mon
4th of July - $1800 for 7 nights

Q: how many does it sleep?
A: well, that’s entirely up to you (joking-sorta)
Technically we have 2 King Beds and a sofa that is not a sleeper. So some would say it sleeps 4-6. We personally would throw a kid or two on the couch and say it sleeps 6-8. We are also going to provide at least one queen size air mattress with sheets/pillows/blankets so let’s cram in at 8-10! All seriousness, we can’t claim anything more than what it is “intended” to sleep, but we just wanted you to know we will have extra temporary sleeping quarters available!

I’m sure this list will continue to grow but hopefully that helps you a little as you’re looking into staying in our home!

It is finished! Of course we will continue adding over time, but the house is officially rental ready!!

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR special!!!

If you want to stay a week and it is over one of these holidays we will take $100 off! That is 7 nights for $1400!!!

OR

If you want to stay over both holidays which would be 8-9 days, we will only charge you for 7 nights (regular price) at $1500!!!

If you want to stay less than a week you can, we will take $10 off each night from our regular rates! Message me to see what your stay would cost if staying less than a week!

Hey guys! We haven’t updated in a while so I just wanted to drop in and let everyone know the latest! We have spoken to the builder and he told us to hold off until we could see if lumber prices would lower any... we are suppose to get with him again later this month to see when we are to begin building! Fingers crossed it is soon!!

As you can alllll probably tell, Adam and I are huge foodies. I love to try all the things at all the places.. and Adam likes to compare all the chicken tendies and burgers at all the places 😉

Our favorite thing to do is find local favorites and/or not your main stream restaurants to try. One thing we plan to do is collect menus from each of these lesser known hidden gems and share them with you as you stay in our home!

Hey guys! So this is very early in our adventure as vacation owners but I’m going to try to keep you posted as we learn new information!

LJB is named for Adam’s grandfather: Leon Jack Brown. Without him none of this would be possible, as he left Adam the land we are about to build on. This land (which use to have a mobile home on it) was where Adam grew up with his family for many years and we are so excited to be able to share it with y’all!

We are talking with builders now to see what avenue we want to take but what we do know is this will be a two bedroom, two bath home, with an open floorplan, laundry room, carport, and large back yard with a sand box, grill, and picnic table! The two bedrooms will be equal in size (large master) with a king bed in each. The home is basically mirrored as far as both bedrooms and bathrooms, with an open kitchen in the center of the home and the rooms on either side. We will also have sleeper sofas to sleep a family comfortably! This makes our home perfect for families, or two couples that want to split the place without having to determine which couple sleeps on the two twin beds! Lol!

We are within two miles of Walmart, wonderworks, ripleys, coconut cove creek (mini golf and maze), a golf course, and several public beaches.

Our plan is between $100-$150 a night, but will depend on what our mortgage will be so that is subject to change. We will also give a small discount the longer you stay/weekly stays.

As I’ve said we are still figuring things out but I will let you all know as we know more!

Can’t wait for this new adventure and the many memories to come!
