Starting to warm up!! 70s starting to show up in the forecast for PCB. It will be toes in the sand and butt in the chair time before you know it.

Remember we only book to friends, family and friends of friends. We do not airbnb it is a direct booking. If your a first responder or military and you don't know us, please message me. If I'm booked the time you want we can help there too. There 5 or 6 other great units we can try to get you set up in. 3 of those are Louisville folks that own a place.

If you never stayed "off beach" you don't know what your missing. Granted you can see that ocean from 10 floors up but the convenience of staying across the street is huge.

Is it vacation time yet!?! Daelyn's is a 2 floor townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, unit parking in front, pools, pickle ball, tennis, put-putt, shuffle boards, beach cafe/bar with pool, gated community and much more. You don't have to wait on elevators or park in a garage across the street. There is a 6 person golf cart for your use and a parking area across from the beach for great access. The community is very easy to get in and out of. Never have to get stuck in traffic on front beach road.

Cold or warm!?! It's a good 20° to 30° in high temps everyday. The snowbirds are happy to report that the sun on the front patio makes it feel like the 70s everyday.

2024 Cousins /girls trip in the books! October is low crowds and peaceful! Lots of jellyfish out this week ! 🐚🐟🏖🌞

Several have asked for pics. There are 11 pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffle board, put-putt, restaurant/bar, most if not all your beach stuff, parking directly in front of the unit and it's in a gated community. There is a golf cart to ride to the gate, where there is golf cart parking only area and cross walk with a red light to cross front Beach Road. Across Front Beach road it the clubhouse with restaurant/bar and pool. There is beach access on the from the clubhouse.

The townhouse is a 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath. The main room has a queen bed and bathroom. The guest room has a queen bed and teenage bunk beds. The kitchen is a fully stocked kitchen for those that like to eat in. Make a crock pot meal while your at the beach. Patio in the front and back. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Max the unit will hold is 6.

Also if you have more than one family going we can help there too. I now have family that owns the unit just next door. There are also other Louisville friends that own units and I can contact the owners of the other 2 units in my building to see if they have any openings. Rates for each unit can be different.

Remember we DO NOT airbnb or vrbo. We only rent to family and friends. We will rent to friends of friends as long at that friend gives you a thumbs up.

After 3 years of Florida being our 2nd home it was bound to happen, this morning we had to find a Florida doctor for our Somerlyn. CVS about 5 minutes away from our condo, The Minute Clinic , was awesome! Dr. Rachel Miller was so kind and fast and the pharmacy followed right beside her with so much kindness! If your visiting and have a medical issues I highly recommend CVS on Panama City Beach Parkway!

They are in the process of resurfacing tennis courts and shuffle boards. A couple tennis courts have been converted to pickle ball courts.

It's been under remodel for a bit but opened last Fall. The pool and balcony offer great views.
