Resort Fee - There is a $30 parking fee and $5.00 wristbands that will need to

be purchased upon arrival.

→ There is a coin operated laundry available on the first floor. Sunbird Condominiums are beachfront on Panama City Beach, Florida. With two buildings, Sunbird is closer to the surf than most PCB properties. You'll enjoy the security of a gated community with three oceanfront pools, west pool is heated (east pool is currently closed) sunning decks, a shuffleboard court, an on-site fitness center and charcoal barbecue grills for poolside cook-outs on both sides of the property. Sunbird has beachfront volleyball net for your enjoyment. Come stay in our "Dream Come True" and you'll never stay anywhere else. We have a 5 Star Rating. Our condo is fully stocked with everything you'd possibly need to make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing. Grab your beach towel and come and make yourself at home!

Panama City Beach is set to welcome an array of exciting new attractions as its popularity continues to soar. Tog Gulf recently broke ground on September 10 and is slated to open its doors in September 2025. Additionally, Dolly Parton is launching a spectacular 60,000-square-foot Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show, which will feature over 1,000 seats for guests to enjoy.

By the end of 2024, 810 Bowling and Billiards, an upscale entertainment venue similar to Dave & Buster's, will open at the Laketown Wharf convention center. Tootsie, previously located in Pier Park, will be relocating to a more expansive venue at the former Spinnaker Nightclub on Thomas Drive. Furthermore, McGuire's Irish Pub, a beloved spot in Destin, will be establishing a new location in the area.

These attractions are poised to enhance the allure of Panama City Beach, drawing in even more visitors for years to come.

Currently in PCB, FL, from Pineapple Willy’s beach cam. Say a 🙏🏻 for our little condo right next door. The storm shifted west a bit overnight. They are comparing it to Hurricane Michael, which almost destroyed Sunbird Condominiums and Pineapple Willy’s. 🤦🏼‍♀️😱🥺🙏🏻🤞
