This adorable cottage is named after Jimmy Buffett's song named "One Particular Harbour". We hope you enjoy your stay and will come back again and again. It is the best there is in Panama City Beach. Nowhere else do you have Grand Lagoon access AND private beach access simply by walking or riding the golf cart. Sunset AND sunrises. Private gated community with tennis courts, pickle ball courts, mi

niature golf, playground, basketball courts, lagoon front pool (heated seasonally) and beachfront pool. You get golf cart use (licensed drivers only) and beach chair rental included. There are two bedrooms with a king and queen bed, two double beds in the loft, two bathrooms, large eat-in kitchen, living room, and covered porch.

BEACH CHAIRS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL WITH US.
For March 1 through October 31---beach chairs are included with your rental. Two chairs and umbrella. You can choose from two wooden loungers or orange folding type chairs that can be closer to the water. Beach chairs cost about $55/day, so this is a great value for your rental with us. The tiki hut and chair rental is available from 9-5 each day.

Also, there is a tiki hut on the beach that has snacks, chips, ice cream, ice, and even alcoholic beverages for you to purchase.
Paddle board rental is also there.

You need to check in daily at the tiki hut and let them know you are staying with us. :-)

Basically, all you need is your towel and sunscreen.

One Particular Harbour is a 2BR/2BA cottage with large loft with two full beds.
Listen to the palm trees when the wind blows.
Quiet place at the east end of Thomas Drive in PCB right beside St. Andrews State Park.
Gated golf cart community with 24 hr security where you can ride or walk right across the street to the beach (beach chairs included) and beachside pool or ride/walk to the heated pool with large pavilion with grills, playground, and basketball court on Grand Lagoon.

Venture Out has mini golf, pickle ball, tennis, playground, basketball court, new fishing pier on lagoon, and shuffleboard.

Our well-appointed beach house has a coffee bar with Keurig and coffee maker, hair dryer, coolers, beach toys, and a nice covered porch to enjoy your morning coffee or late night conversation.
Check out books and puzzles in the office on rainy days when you want to stay inside.
Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, and Comcast cable also provided.
