‼️ Pardon our progress ‼️
GREAT NEWS - Mariner East will be open for business June 1st as promised!! 😊🌊☀️
But this will come with just a few more touch ups still being done. The pool deck has been painted and will be filled and ready for use within the week. There are some temporary railings in places, soon to be replaced with permanent metal railings. There is a little more painting to still be done around the building, mainly road side.
But none of this should hinder your fun vacation plans and your access and views of the beautiful white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach!

We can’t wait to see you on the beach! 🏖☀️

Say hello to the newest little Rairvue family member, Lenox James Stinson 💙
Lenox is the second son of Chris & Allison Stinson, owners of unit 404, and the newest grandchild of Drexel & Cindy Owens, Rairvue owners.
We are all so in love with baby Lenox! Big brother Crew isn’t so sure just yet 🤣🤣🤣

Update time‼️ Here’s a few pictures of the progress going on at Mariner East‼️

The old “smoking deck” in front of the pool has been removed, along with the old railing, and concrete has been poured to replace it.

The entire back of the building has been painted and many units have new black railings installed, as you can see in the up close picture.

Making strides every day towards our June 1st opening!! We know you’ve missed these beautiful views and we can’t wait to welcome you back to PCB! ☀️🌊⛱

Progress is being made here at Mariner East! 😃

The pool deck has been scraped and is ready for resurfacing. Some patios are complete with paint, and some have been primed and will be painted soon.
The additional lounge area in front of the pool has been removed and is getting ready to be rebuilt soon.
Fencing around the pool and lounge area is set to be repaired also.

Things are coming along! We can’t wait to have our renters back in June enjoying beautiful PCB! ❤️

❣️✨Mariner East is getting a facelift!!✨❣️
Crews have been hard at work this winter doing some upgrades to Mariner East, and should be ready just in time for a busy summer season! 😎
She’s getting all new exterior paint, a resurfaced pool and deck area, and new code approved balcony railings on every condo.

Current news is that we can process rentals at Mariner East for June 1st and after, but we still have several other properties that are renting right now!
