Robert A Bailey Excavating

As some of you may or may not have known, Robert has been winding down his business over the last several years and has officially retired as of January of this year.

It’s been quite a ride, over 40 years in the business, and while he is still doing some things to help out friends of his, he is no longer seeking work.

Fittingly last year he purchased his first new Ford F-250 in decades, and will enjoy retirement with the camper you see behind his truck.

I will keep the page open for a while, really no plans to get rid of it as we have some cool memories here that I know I want to look back at and maybe we’ll do some throwback Thursday posts as well.

This weekends storm looks to be a small one but still everyone should be careful and be prepared for some slick spots.

Accumulating snow is likely from Saturday night into Sunday afternoon. Highest snowfall amounts should generally fall across portions of Delmarva and far southern New Jersey where 2-4 inches are possible. Lesser amounts are likely across the Philadelphia metro, where 1-2 inches are possible.

So the Farmer’s Almanac is predicting a cold, snowy winter this year. You know what we say at Robert A Bailey Excavating? BRING IT!

The National Weather Service is calling for 12 to 18 inches of wet snow. We’re going to be busy snowplowing for our clients, please stay off the roads and be prepared for power outages. Be safe and let the pros do our jobs!

Snow ❄️❄️❄️❄️ is currently falling. We’re expecting 4 to 8 inches here in North Eastern NJ. With the high wind gusts we suggest that everyone stay indoors today if possible. Let the plow experts like Robert A Bailey Excavating do our jobs.

A busy start to our season! We're working at a local swim club extending the beach (our Terramite T9 is pictured at the club) and pretty soon we'll be off to Lake Parsippany with our TL26 getting the beach ready for the summer! Hard to believe we're a little over a month away from Memorial Day...
