There’s truly nothing worse than having a trip de-railed by a bad hotel experience.

So how do I do my best to make sure clients are satisfied with the places they stay?

1️⃣ I get to know what your travel preferences are, what you like, what’s your top priority are when you travel, etc.

2️⃣ I take note of the resorts you’ve loved in the past and the resorts you haven’t loved so much — this gives me a great place to start.

3️⃣ I stay up-to-date on the new resort and hotel openings across the Caribbean, and I’m constantly taking notes when properties open that are a great fit for specific clients. When they’re ready to travel, I already have a list started.
