Supporting Her Equality (SHE), our newly formed Employee Resource Group, hosted its final meeting of 2024 with an inspiring session yesterday. Members had the opportunity to hear from Jennifer McFarlane, one of our own, who founded a "Wait Until 8th" chapter in Bucks County and launched her social media initiative, Delay is the Way. Her platform advocates for delaying children's exposure to smartphones and social media until at least 8th grade. During the session, SHE members engaged in meaningful discussions about the importance of unplugging and fostering healthy digital habits that can be passed down to future generations.
