Secrets resort to open in Costa Mujeres..
The 509-room Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, which will be located approximately 12 miles north of Cancun, is on track to open before the end of this year. It is a new property.

The adults-only all-inclusive will have a variety of room categories, including Preferred Club options that come with access to a Preferred Club Lounge, an oceanfront beach club and a dedicated pool.

The property will offer a total of seven bar and lounge concepts and nine dining venues, including six a la carte restaurants, a buffet, a café and a grill. As part of the resort's culinary programming, guests will be able to opt for experiences like kitchen tours, cooking classes and tequila and wine tastings.

1. Isla Holbox, Quintana Roo

Isla Holbox is a small island in the state of Quintana Roo, accessible by boat from the town of Chiquilá.
During dark, warm summer nights, the water lights up bright blue, green and silver.

2. Playa de Bucerías, Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit

Playa de Bucerías sits tucked away from the busy resorts of the Nayarit Riviera.
At night, the water glows and sparkles bright-neon blue, even glittering on the sand as the waves move onshore.

3. Laguna de Manialtepec, Oaxaca

Manialtepec Lagoon is located about 10 miles from Puerto Escondido in Oaxaca.
The bioluminescent lights look like blue stars shining across the beach. Rent a kayak and sail the water at night—it’s fascinating seeing how the darkness lights up in icy blue sparkles when your oar strikes the water.

Best time to visit is from July to January, as the lights are the brightest. So for a winter getaway Mexico is an option. Booking trips for the fall and winter 2020
