Happy Sunday, everyone! 🌟

Here’s this weeks announcements for you all:

1. **Past Due Invoices**: Just a friendly reminder that tonight is the cutoff for any past due invoices. If you haven’t settled your invoice by then, your trip will unfortunately be canceled. Remember, the grace period is five days, so please take care of it if you're behind.

2. **Email Responses**: I’m catching up on emails from last week, and I appreciate your patience. I was out traveling! I promise I’ll get back to all of you by the end of the day.

3. **Day Trip Plans**: I’m still on the hunt for a great date for our San Diego day trip for next year. I know January and February are busy months, but the logistics are all set; I just need to finalize the date!

4. **Christmas Party**: I’m excited to let you know I have a lovely venue booked for our Christmas party! We’ll have a wonderful buffet with a gift exchange, and I’ll be providing champagne and drinks will be available for purchase at the bar. The food will be nice—think salmon, salad, wings, mac and cheese, kimchi fried rice, and delicious desserts! Let’s all dress up in our sparkly red and green attire for some cute photos and enjoy a cozy evening together exchanging gifts 🎄❤️

5. **2025 Trips**: I’m thrilled to say that all of my 2025 trips are sold out, but I’m actively looking to add another international adventure soon! Stay tuned for the details!

6. **New Year’s Eve Trip**: I’m still working on our New Year’s Eve trip; it will require a $200 deposit, balance split over 11 months. I’m just trying to nail down the destination!

7. **Group Trips**: I love receiving your group inquiry requests! If you’d like me to help plan a group trip for you—whether it’s for a small group, family, or solo adventure—just fill out the Jotform, and I’ll provide you with up to three options for flights and lodging.

🌟 **Saturday Announcements** 🌟

Hey everyone!

What a week it’s been! Mercury must be in the microwave or whatever the young girls are saying.

Just a quick update on some important announcements:

📄 Belize**Invoices**: All invoices will be sent out today, so keep an eye on your inbox! The first payment isn’t due until the end of November, so you’re all set!

🌴 **Costa Rica Trip**: This trip is now full, and everyone should’ve received their invoices this week—you're good to go!

Planning for our next day trip to San Diego is underway! We’ll be dining at Louisiana Purchase, followed by some exciting ATV riding in the desert, Having dessert at a local bakery and returning to the airport and home the same day. 💨

💰 **Day Trips**: Moving forward, day trips will need be paid for completely in advance. I’ll take care of booking flights and excursions for everyone; travelers will just be responsible for their food and beverages throughout the day. Easy Peasy.

🎄 **Christmas Party**: We’re excited to announce that our Christmas party is also in the works! Building on last year’s tremendous turnout, we’re planning a festive evening with red or green dresses and a gift exchange over dinner.

🎉 **New Year’s Eve 2025**: I’m still working on a location for New Year’s Eve, but I promise to let you know as soon as it’s finalized. Invoicing for this will start no earlier than January, and we’re excited to explore destinations like Tokyo, Australia, or another exciting spot! (on a budget bitch 😅) Cause why are we all poor? 🥹

I’ve noticed a few common questions coming through my inbox, so I wanted to address them all in one place. Here we go!

**Q1: Can I split my deposit of $200?**
**A:** Yes, absolutely! You can split your deposit into two payments of $100 each, one week apart.

**Q2: Where are we going on the next mystery trip?**
**A:** If I told you, it wouldn’t be a mystery! I understand it's hard to pay for something without knowing the details, but trust me, I’m dedicated to planning an amazing adventure in a location you’ve never visited before. Get excited for our next mystery trip —it's going to be incredible!

**Q3: Why are deposits nonrefundable?**
**A:** Once I make a reservation, the deposit is nonrefundable. However, if you change your mind quickly after submitting your deposit and I haven’t made the reservation yet, I can return it. I’m also actively working on including travel insurance for all trips, so you’ll have options for cash back or travel credits for future adventures starting in 2025. That is important to me and high on my priority list.

**Q4: What happened to day trips?**
**A:** We will absolutely have day trips! However, they’ve been complex in the past. Going forward, day trips will have a cap of 10 participants, rather than 40-50. We’re looking for more adventurous activities instead of just dining and sightseeing.

**Q5: Do you charge for quotes on custom trips?**
**A:** At this time, I do not charge for custom trip quotes. I would love to plan group trips, family reunions, destination weddings, day trips, or solo adventures for you. If you're interested in a mystery trip for you and your friends or spouse, or something unique, please reach out! We can make it happen affordably.

We landed in Guatemala and hit the ground at warp speed. Hotel check-in? Check. Phone juice? 30 minutes worth. Then, it was outside we went. This night was the ultimate preview of what was to come. Guatemala round 2 in February 2025, you better bring your A-game because this trip is going to be tough to top! 😩💕

We are headed back to the states soon and I just have to say, the Mystery Trip was absolutely an amazing time.

10 travelers paid $740 a piece and waited until 3 weeks before the trip to find out the location of our trip. $740 included flights, hotel stay, 1 excursion, Swag bags with custom t shirts, and the best tour guide driver we could ask for, Alfonso!

We did horseback riding up an active volcano and had pizza and marshmallows at the top that were cooked INSIDE of the volcano, ATV riding around the base of the Volcano, Exploring the city of Antigua, Zip lining, We went to Club Aloha, had a fantastic farewell dinner, and so many shots!

Mystery travelers, thank you for a great great GREAT trip and most of all, thank you for trusting me with the plans and revealing after everything was booked. This was the last AAJ trip for 2024, see you all in 2025. 🥹
