When we describe our home as secluded, we don't want to scare ya off. However, Minnesota wildlife is very common in our area. Deer, c**n, coyote, and the occasional bear are all wildlife that can possibly greet you around the property.

This fella ran in front of us about a mile down the road from the property 😎

Pillager Lake Recreational area is a short 8 mile drive from the Homestead. A great place to stop in for a picnic, cast a line off the fish dock, and play in the water.

Built in 1928, quite an upgrade from the original home. Pictured in the overalls is my Great Great Uncle Dan. He lived until he was 94!
