Edgewater Bungalow is going live for rental availability beginning on 10 June 2021

The property is only a short 1hr drive outside of the Twin Cities and has space for sleeping 10 in a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom brand new home (2018).

This property has it all, amazing kitchen with all necessities and an incredible view from everywhere in the house! Direct lake access and available dock allows use of the provided Kayaks or paddles boards or gives you space to dock your Fishing boat or Pontoon. The kids will have fun with all the lily pad, s’mores by the fire, yard games or if the weather doesn’t cooperate they will love the bunk room game tv or board games with the family.

The property has a 3 night minimum stay with pricing during peak season (May 28-Sept 7) outlined below(tax not included, cleaning fee addtl $125)

Monday thru Wednesday- $250/night
Thursday and Sunday- $300/night
Friday and Saturday- $325/night

July 1st-July 5th(4 night min)- $1600
Sept 2nd-Sept 6th(4 night min)- $1550

No pets allowed, no smoking
