I don’t know what I was expecting from Plano, but it wasn’t this. Do you ever just show up to a place with no expectations and having done minimal research?I do this from time to time. Sometimes it pays off. Sometimes I’m like, “Uhhh…what did I just get myself into?!” My experience in Plano was definitely the former! I absolutely loved it!There were so many different pockets in the city perfect for perusing and dining — my absolute favorite pastimes! Need a weekend getaway? Add Plano to your list!

This morning, Plano came together at the Plano Fire-Rescue Administration and Fire Station 1 to commemorate the lives lost 23 years ago. In a heartfelt ceremony, we paused to honor the bravery and sacrifice of the first responders who stood steadfast in the face of tragedy on September 11, 2001.
