Overview:
This position would be overseeing and installing a variety of different types of landscape projects from bed removal/installation, patios, retaining walls (block and boulder), shrub/tree planting, shrub/plant maintenance, hauling materials, mulching/rock, and interacting with homeowners on site to ensure a positive experience for our customers. Applicant would be the representative and point of contact for the company out in the field when ownership is not on site. This is a salaried position so you can be confident in stable wages throughout the entire year.
Winter season would consist of part-time shop work as well as operating either a truck or skid loader during snow events and on a rotational salting route as needed.

Experience:
•You must have at least 3 years experience working on a landscape crew and 1 year running your own crew
•Be proficient at operating skid loaders, mini excavators, and other landscaping equipment (bed edger, compactor, etc.).
•You must know the various processes of how to complete different jobs with minimal direction, and oversee/teach and ensure efficient work from your crew (3-4 guys).
•Basic knowledge of shrubs and plants is required.
•Knowledge of pollinator friendly landscaping is a plus.
•Basic knowledge of irrigation repair is a plus.
•Applicant must be good at problem solving, have a creative mind, work well with others
Be reliable and on time to work every day.
•Familiarity with LMN Time app and estimating software is a plus.
•Applicant must have clean driving record and be able to pass both CDL exam as well as DOT physical to be considered.
•Lifting heavy materials is still expected from the foreman so being able to lift 50+lbs is important.
