Private olive oil + wine tasting in the spectacular pagoda for our bday group of 16 this last weekend. The perfect final stop of our day, we meandered our way through the ranch, gardens, and greenhouses culminating in a special guided olive oil experience we paired with wine and ended with cupcakes 🧁 for the bday girl!

A peek inside our truly spectacular private lunches with husband + wife team, chef Poncho and pastry chef (and baker) Danie holding it DOWN. We’ve been doing some great corporate groups from and many folks have commented that it’s been the best meal of their trip through pebble beach + Napa so that’s saying something 💁🏻♀️

Kidding season is HERE! (We’re not kidding 🤣🙃) There is nothing more therapeutic than holding day old baby goats 🐐 We had so much fun with the first of 4 sales groups from Lux Wines division on Friday. Now is the time to book your corporate offsite / team building days - the babies will be here through May. I always tell people spring is truly the best time to get out here, the hills are green, there’s no flies / bees yet AND all the babies of course.

Ok guys rainy days call for sizzling roasted duck legs! Have you ordered your #LibertyDuck yet?! Seriously so easy they ship to your door anywhere in the US AND couldn’t be easier to cook. We took @duckdaughterjj advice and just put them on a pan seasoning liberally with salt and pepper and roasted in the oven at 425 for 1 hour 15 min. That simple. Trust us you cannot mess this up. Little Wing Farm is an organic and regenerative micro-farm on @malt_ag protected Black Mountain Ranch where Molly and her 100% female farmer crew grow vegetables, fruits and flowers. Everything they grow is sold through their honor system farm stand on the Point Reyes Petaluma road just before you get to downtown Point Reyes Station. We visit Molly on weekday Flavors of West Marin tours as well as many custom tours and cooking class tours! Keep following along as soon we will be posting a virtual tour with the other thing she raises... Quail for quail eggs which is how the farm got it’s name!
