Hello from Paleloni, Crete!! A village with so much character and especially relaxation.
If you haven't had the chance to visit Paleloni, we think you should! Here's a few reasons why this village that's in the middle of Kefalas & Draponas is worth the visit. 👌

📍The village is so quiet & filled with beautiful things to see. Amazing landscaping with olive trees almost on every corner you turn. 60 % of Greece is made up of olive trees. 🫒

📍Paleloni's name came from two words. Aloni is the word for the round stone used by the old farmer's. Paleo means old in Greek. So paleloni
is the old stone circle for which the village is known for.

📍The beautiful stone houses really make this village unique!

📍Situated in a very good location with Vamos being about 10 minute drive and Chania or Rethymno being about 45 minutes away. You can head over to the closest beach called Omprogialos. 💙🤗

We are so excited to embark on our Crete adventure soon. From October 11-19, we will meet our 9 travelers in Heraklion, Crete. From there, we’ll set off to explore the east side of Crete, arriving in Elounda to begin our wonderful journey. 🇬🇷 We are fully booked for 2024! 🤟

Hi! Welcome to my new Travel Mazi Mou business page. 👈
I thought I would drop in and introduce myself! I'm Krystina the founder and owner of TMM (Travel Mazi Mou.) I would like to take a moment to share my bio & include some fun travel pictures in this post too. In the photos some of my favorite places in Greece includes; Mani, Crete, Thessaloniki, Athens, and Edessa. I have been traveling to Greece since I was 1 years old and the Greek travels keep continuing.

Chef Krystina is a Greek-American, born in Sacramento, CA and currently resides in the foothills of Northern California.

Chef Krystina has a rich ancestry in Greek culture in that her father is 100% Greek, having been born in Mani, Greece. While she enjoys the history of both her parents through American
and Greek cultures, her heart has always longed for traditions passed down through her father and paternal grandmother. Growing up in a household of Greek customs, she learned to cook and prepare cultural dishes such as Spanakopita, Lemon Patates, Baklava, and Greek bread.
Krystina went on to work and live part-time in Greece as an adult and is a graduate of the Cordon Bleu Academy here in the USA. Moreover, Chef Krystina was raised on a lavender farm
in Northern California, as her family grew and produced an array of lavender products and still do to this day.

Chef Krystina has an immense LOVE for sharing her Greek culture and especially the cuisine with you. Travel Mazi Mou was created to bring a small group of people together to explore Greece and the many gems the country has to offer. Our small groups include no more than 10 people making this an intimate and personal experience. LIVE LIKE A LOCAL with us and come explore the many treasures of our Greek culture via Travel Mazi Mou. There's so much to see in Greece, so let us show you! 🇬🇷🤍💙

Fun facts:
Krystina loves music, dancing, jump rope queen, art, cooking (of course) and just making people smile! You might find Krystina randomly petting animals; especially dogs all over Greece. 💙
