1 Bedroom spacious and generously equipped condo in Pompano Beach, FL. Temps in low 80s even In the middle of winter. Walk across the street to the Ocean beach that’s never crowded because there is no parking for the public (you have 1 parking spot in condo) The pool is spacious and you only share it with 15 other units and there is rarely someone in there. It was not closed during the height of covid because we are such a small community 🙂. 2 choices of airports both 25 minutes away, FT Lauderdale or West Palm Beach. You can have comfort in having these 2 airports to our condo or home in case one stops flying. In these times of uncertainty rest assured that our quiet paradise will fit your needs and be a safe, quiet and relaxing way to stay warm this winter! 🏝🏖

Location, Location, Location! Walk across the one lane quiet street to the beautiful and private beach (no parking for the public!).
Turn left and you are a 7 minute walk to the Tiki Bar.
QUIET and relaxing Condo is tastefully decorated with everything you need and only 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Umbrella's, Cooler, appliances, Cookware, silverware, dishes, soap, shampoo, toothpaste ect!! Condo has heated pool, central Air, 50 inch TV with FREE WiFi, Comcast cable with 125 channels. Queen bed, Queen Sleeper sofa and eat in kitchen.
We hope you enjoy it as much as our family does, and am looking forward to you booking with us !
Application Fee $100 with complex non-refundable. Rules: 1 parking space per condo/tenant. No work trucks or Pickup trucks. No Pets. 60 day minimum all utilities included
