What's your itinerary going to be when you visit the Marina Shores Condo? Here's what one of our guests go up to...
"Sunday evening we ordered take out at the marina on site and the kids swam at the pool. The Marina restaurant and bar is a nice option for food and drinks because you don’t have to leave, the only downside is they are only open Thursday through Sunday.
Monday, we went to Indiana Dunes State Park for the beach.
It’s about 15 minutes from your condo and only 12 dollars admission fee for the day. We hung out at the pool and checked out the Lakefront Riverwalk which was nice.
Yesterday we chose to check out the Indiana Dunes National Park (west beach). Although it was 25 dollars admission fee, this pass lasts all week plus it was only about a 5 minute drive from your condo.
We liked this beach much better, there are lifeguards but you can actually enjoy your time at the beach. At indiana dunes state park, the lifeguards were blowing their whistles what seemed like every 5 minutes and they were shouting out reminders constantly about no horseplay or taking any kind of floating device including boogie boards in the water. It was hard to relax in that setting.
So I would recommend to your guests the west beach for future for sure."
