An adu that we built a couple of years ago, a converted garage, will be on the ADU tour in September. The tour is on Saturday, September 4th from 10am-4 pm. It's a really fun event.

Here's a picture of the one that JCDB built. It's on 34th & Gladstone. If you sign up, please make sure you come by to see it! It's incredible inside with open beam ceilings, many custom built in solutions including a unique railing / shelf system, and some more awesome hand crafted steel railings.

We just wrapped up this fantastic bathroom addition. We added a dormer to this existing craftsman home and created this bathroom that appears to have always been there. We designed it to the finest detail.
