Since this is the last Friday before New Year's Eve, I thought I'd focus on a cocktail this week!
The Negroni is a delicious cocktail that was invented in Florence, Italy in 1919. It consists of gin, sweet vermouth, campari, and an orange slice. It is often drank when ringing in the new year in Italy!

A good example of this is in Mexico you may be inclined to tip more generously because your $ goes farther, but 10% is the standard tip here and tipping more only creates higher expectations among the service industry and prices out the locals.
