Today, we spent the day at Animal Kingdom, but the crowds were so small that we did everything we were hoping to do by 3pm and hopped over the Hollywood Studios for the evening!
The Safari was incredible! We saw a giraffe with the zoomies, had rhinos cross in front of us, and so many rare animal sightings! Best one yet!
Grayson talked me into riding Mt. Everest with them and also Kali River! We met Safari Minnie and Mickey, had lunch at Yak and Yeti (probably one of Josh’s favorites), back to Everest, watched the Nemo stage show, and rode flight of passage and Navi River.
We hopped over to Hollywood Studio to see the Christmas projections, ride Rock N Roll, Slinky, watch Fantasmic, and squeeze in Runaway Railway and some snacks!
On the way back to the resort, the not hungry child was now starving, and ate half of a large pizza. 10/10 recommend hotel pizza after a full day of parks!
We can’t wait to visit Epcot tomorrow. Of all our trips, we’ve never dedicated a whole vacation day to Epcot until now!

Another great Disney day! It was much busier today and a little drizzly, but we made the best of it!
We were able to meet and greet with Mickey, watch a parade, have snacks at The Confectionary, rode Jingle Cruise, visited the Tiki room, Pirates of the Caribbean, Big Thunder Railroad, Small World, Mine Train, Dumbo, Pooh, watched Philharmagic, attempted to pull the sword from the stone, more snacks from Big Top, rode Little Mermaid, dinner at Liberty Tree, watched Laugh Floor, rode Tron!, watched Laugh Floor, Barnstormer, FIREWORKS, more shopping, and finally Space Mountain!
We are ready for a little “break” with a day at Disney Springs for shopping and dining with the Dinos at T-Rex!

We spent Thanksgiving at Hollywood Studio and hopped over to Animal Kingdom for the evening ❤️ The crowds were very manageable and I’m so thankful we got to celebrate this holiday at one of our favorite places!
We were able to ride Rise of Resistance, Millennium Falcon Smuggler’s Run, Snacks in Star Wars Land, ALL of Toy Story Land, more snacks at Woody’s Lunchbox, Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Tower or Terror, Indiana Jones Show, a sneak peek at the latest Disney movie, lunch at Sci-Fi Dine-In, hopped to Animal Kingdom, Pandora, Mt. Everest, Dinosaur, Bug’s Life, and so much more! We even came back early to have Thanksgiving dinner at our resort! The holidays are totally do-able with a great plan (and determined planner). I’m so thankful the crowds didn’t deter us from making this trip!

Our Disney vacation is off to a great start! We stopped by SOG for a few more days of tickets, checked in at our favorite Pixar themed Art of Animation family suites, got pixie dusted a fantastic room upgrade for the oldest kids, visited the arcade while dad picked up all the adult kids from the airport, swam in a nearly empty “Big Blue Pool”, resort hopped to Port Orleans for pizza and their famous beignets, hopped on the skyliner to get a peek at Epcot’s fireworks, and back to the resort to play on the fantastic Nemo themed playground. We can’t wait to kick off our day tomorrow in Star Wars Land!
