Well folks we just had our best mugging of the season today! Momma and calf came and graced us with their presence. It may be the tail end of our 2023 season but Mother Nature has been good to us. Thankful for this beautiful encounter. 3/27/23

We had an Es**rt whale come say hello to us today! Mother and calf were on the outside of this whale. An Es**rt is a mature Humpback whale that accompanies a Mother and her calf for protection. We are getting to the tail end of humpback season and are enjoying our mother/calf and es**rt encounters 💙

We had an Escort whale come say hello to us today! Mother and calf were on the outside of this whale. An Escort is a mature Humpback whale that accompanies a Mother and her calf for protection. We are getting to the tail end of humpback season and are enjoying our mother/calf and escort encounters 💙

Did you know that each manta ray possesses a unique set of markings and color patterns on its under belly and this is how we identify them as individuals.
