Have done complete concrete foundation and flatwork on 5 houses and most room additions built. All carpentry , plumbing , and electric done by owner. Did complete drywall on 1 house . Usually will do up to 75 sheet drywall job myself. All subcontracted work is personally supervised by owner. We know how to put it together better than separate trades because of our experience.
