I wrote these out ahead of time, but I can say with certainty with one 5 am morning experience behind us, and 24 hours of little to no sleep, I am questioning my relationship with my sister. 🤣 (If you watch the videos, I'm sure the reference will show up. Our family and friends that listen to our traveling stories from before already know.)
Our team is traveling down 340 miles on the Missouri River from Kansas City, Missouri to St. Charles, Missouri participating in the MR340 Race. My sister and I will be sailing down down the Missouri River over the course of 4 days while our road crew meets us at different boat ramps along the way to help us stay safe, healthy, and resupply with items we need between stops. We have done little to actually prepare. It's going to be a mess and we are prepared to show the mess to the world. Because even though it's going to be a mess we are going to have a blast doing it! (At least we will think so a year or two from now. 🤫)
