💖 HAPPY BOSS'S DAY! 💖
✨✨ Ginny & Matt ✨✨

Here is the long story about how I joined Wondermakers Travel and why I am so grateful to have these two as my bosses!

It all started a few years ago when I was researching our first cruise magnet theme for our Halloween on the High Seas cruise aboard the Disney Wish! In my brain, I wanted a pretty pastel Halloween theme: It's A Small World. Is that too much to ask? Well, I guess it was, and I was going to have to draw them myself. I stumbled across Making Main Street's It's A Small World bedroom, which I have to say I still want in my house someday, and then fell in love with her creative crafting and colorful aesthetics, coming from a pretty beige life most of the time!

Fast forward out of a career I loved that I knew I had to leave for my mental and physical health, which was sad and still is somedays, but starting my own business was what needed to happen for a list of reasons, so I trudged along until one day this bright light of a human that I had been following for years announcement they were starting their travel agency, so I waited around for a month or so. They opened the applications again, and by now, I had kind of had a connection with Ginny, our owner, and her BFF Lesley, both of whom I adore, so I reached out to inquire, probably checking to see if I was worthy to work alongside these starlets.

I was interviewed and hired in January of 2024, and it has been one of the best career experiences of my life. They push me out of my comfort zone, cheer me on on the hard days, are open to change, are very forward-focused, attentive, incredibly positive, and supportive, and now I am tearing up and have to leave this with only the words THANK YOU! Matt & Ginny, you are some of the best people I know that I don't even know, and I can't wait to meet you in December IRL at Universal Studios Orlando for the Wondermakers Anniversary! It is going to be so incredibly wondrous!
