My name is Mike Kersey, I’m a veteran to the home inspection industry, with over 10yrs experience. I hold state licenses in Home Inspections, and WDO Inspections. We preform both Home and WDO Inspections, so that our clients don't have the hassle of calling in another company. To make it easier on Real Estate agents, we also have NEFAR access. When required by your insurance company, we also offer 4 point inspections. During our inspections we utilize many tools that add peace of mind. Our inspection reports are designed to make it easier for clients and their representatives to navigate through and also create your own repair requests from our report. I specialize in, but am not limited to, the following counties : Duval, Nassau, St. Johns, Clay and Baker. I have and will travel as far as Putnam county.
